• 處理系統源碼等工作

• Assist in conducting user requirement analysis, preparing detailed program specifications and coordinating the system installation.
• Interact with business users and Business Analyst and assist in determining functional requirements.
• Assist to establish efficient and effective development methodologies, protocols and standards of practice."
• Ensure all documentation are completed on time, maintained up-to-date and with good quality. For those prepared by subordinates, review and ensure the accuracy and integrity.
• Assume responsibility for production support in a maintenance environment and provide concrete solution to ensure the stability of such environment.
• Assist in translating functional requirements into systems requirements to ensure business needs/problems are addressed.
• Identify systems inputs and outputs, modifications to processes, and develop technical design, system manuals and program specifications to meet functional and technical requirements.
• Assist in systems test design to ensure all components interact and operate effectively
• Provide technical support to business users and Business Analyst to conduct user acceptance testing phase."
• Maintain current technical skills and business knowledge and develop greater technical skills and understanding of business activities in order to analyze more complex problems and design systems more appropriately.
• Ensure the software vendors’ quality of their service / products.
• Perform user support, training and cross team knowledge transfer where appropriate."
• Other assigned duty

• University graduate or equivalent professional qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
• At least 3 years relevant experience in software development, LOMA &/or ANZII/ACII is also preferable.
• Solid large scale system development experience in J2EE, 3-tier models, DB operations, etc."
• Solid large scale systems development experience in Oracle platform using Java or PL/SQL and/or Client Server environment using PowerBuilder and Sybase.
• Hands-on experience in popular application servers such as IBM WebSphere Application Server, and BEA Weblogics Server."
• Hands-on experience in popular databases such as IBM DB2, Oracle and Sybase
• Mature, independent, work with minimal supervisions, able to deliver quality results under tight schedule and meet project deadlines.
