Customer Care Specialist 客戶服務專員

Job Description:
* Provide excellent customer service through all inbound and outbound communication in timely and accurate manner
* Provide the highest level of customer service while exercising a proper phone etiquette and professionalism for internal and external guests
* Serve as liaison between customer support team, management and customer to improve customer service and business productivity
* Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting customer needs in courteous and timely manner
* Track, follow-up and resolve customer’s outstanding issues in timely fashion
* Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge in order to answer all enquiries
* Communicate customer feedback to superior in order to develop process for better serving customers
* Check availability and handle all reservations for guests by one stop using multiple systems
* Must ensure that all guest reservations are handled professionally and accurately
* Seize every opportunity to enthusiastically cross-sell rooms, restaurants spa and other services
* Maintain high service standard by achieving and maintaining Forbes & LQA target score
* Provide Sales admin support if necessary
* Cross-train in other relevant departments to improve overall skillset
* Ensure all information relating to company, guests, data and report are true and accurate in all system and channels
* Ensure compliance of company and departmental internal policies, government regulations and/or any applicable policy and procedures
* Perform other job related duties assigned
* Meet the attendance guidelines of the department and adhere to departmental and company policies

Job Requirements:
* Possess customer service experience in Reservations, Front Office or Hospitality industries being an advantage; fresh graduates in Hospitality, Travel, Business Administration or related field will also be considered
* High school graduate or above
* Possess excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
