Executive - Group Services

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES

• Organize meeting with related Sales Representative and Group Organizer to prepare all group arrangement from Pre-Arrival to Departure such as Room Assignment, Transportation Arrangement, Food & Beverage Arrangement, Meeting Room Arrangement, Room Drop Assistance, Luggage Assistance and Folio Preparation etc.
• Prepare the reservation rooming list for concerned departments’ reference.
• Effective use of Opera Properly Management Systems in creating Blocks and Allotments, input Group Reservation, perform Group Check in and Group Settlement.
• Organize coordination meeting with other Galaxy Macau Internal Departments such as Front Desk, Housekeeping, Concierge, Butler, Finance, Teleservices, Food & Beverage, Security, depending on size of the group, Banyan Tree and Okura Parties may be included if necessary in an efficient manner to ensure Group and Guest requirements for specific Group bookings and met with Galaxy Hotel Service Standards.
• Prepare Group Instruction Order for concerned department action
• Ensure all Group arrangement and requests are performed as planned so as to exhibit the “World Class, Asian Heart Services” to the guests.
• Ensure the accuracy of the Group Master Bill and prepare the Group Master Bill according to the request of the Group Organizer.
• Coordinate with Finance Department in all billing issue such as posting, adjustment, deposit post and settlement.
• Adhere to all established policies and procedures within Galaxy Hotel and across the broader Galaxy Macau Integrated Resort.
