Job Description: • Participate in ensuring accurate forecasting for all FIT segments and identify valley periods for sales emphasis • Participate in conducting competitors’ comparisons on regular basis to ensure full awareness on market competitiveness • Discuss with Director of Sales to establish personal sales goals, and be responsible for a selection of designated accounts • Identify target accounts, areas or industries and derive tactical actions to maximize opportunities with the Director of Sales • Maintain close relationship with existing and potential accounts through various sales activities • Assist and handle Familiarization groups with sales team to ensure business exposure and maximize business opportunities • Conduct sales trips to China to maximize business opportunities for the Hotel as required • Coordinate communication between Sales Department and operating departments of the hotels. To update operating departments of the hotel to ensure awareness of bookings and sales programs. • Maintain timely and responsive communications with account and prospects lead and develop sales personnel • Assure understanding of Position Description, goals and Standards of Performance for Sales Department personnel; and conduct formal bi-annual evaluations and ongoing coaching and counseling Job Requirement: • Diploma in business management school • Minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar capacity • Excellent verbal and written communication in English, ideally fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin • Demonstrate a mature approach to manage the emotions of self and other team members • In-depth knowledge of China market and good network connection with key decision makers and influencers in the trade • Capable to make business decisions after seeking input from all stakeholders • High level sales and leadership skills • Very goal oriented • Good team player • Demonstrate enthusiasm, creativity, understanding and Manage relationships with all stakeholders. • Understand, communicate and support corporate policies and guidelines Interested parties, please apply via: • Email the detailed resume to careers@macausjm.com • Hotline 89820288 / 68827117
