工作說明

主要職責: 為客房服務員準備專業的載物手推車。為客房傳送布草、毛巾及其他供應品並為客房部服務員提供支援。此外,亦須為公共地區,客用樓層平台及樓層後勤區進行清潔及整理工作。

職位介紹:
• 協助客房服務員收發賓客送洗衣物,派發報紙及雜誌,傳送所需物品(如摺疊床及嬰兒床等),從客房及走廊移走食物托盤及手推車,並重新擺放客房傢俱
• 為樓層後勤區進行迷你吧供應品補給工作
• 為樓層後勤區進行布草補給工作
• 每星期須為樓層後勤區的客房物品(洗漱用品及拖鞋等)進行訂購及補給工作
• 每日須為客戶樓層公共地區進行清潔工作
• 每日須為後勤區域進行清潔工作(包括樓層後勤區、後樓梯、客用升降機地面、員工廁所、布草房及太平門等)
• 按每星期及每季度進行深層清潔工作(包括冷氣槽、地毯邊緣、牆腳線等)
• 須常清洗客區走廊地毯
• 須以徒手或使用機器為大理石地板進行打蠟及拋光、樓梯打掃及清洗、金屬打磨等工作
• 須以真空吸塵器、掃帚及洗地毯機進行地毯污點、地毯及布製傢俬的清洗工作
• 為客房內的玻璃窗及高處進行清潔工作
• 交更時應確保所有工具清潔妥善及完整歸還
• 如遇客房異常情況,須即時向主任匯報
• 完成每日所分配工作及向主任報告工作進度
• 須妥善保管樓層萬用鎖匙;並於交更時完整歸還
• 如遇緊急情況,須隨時候命
• 報告客房樓層發現的可疑行為
• 須清楚明白永利皇宮內所有設施及服務
• 協助及履行主任所委派的工作

職位要求:
工作經驗:具客户服務經驗者優先考慮,曾使用清潔機器經驗者為佳
教育程度:小學或以上程度
語言能力:需操簡單廣東話,普通話及英語

Job Description


Job Purpose: Prepare the pro-host carts for the Guest Room Attendants. Deliver linen, towels and other supplies to guestrooms and provide support and assistance Guest Room Attendants. Clean and tidy public areas on guest floors, service landing and pantry.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist the Guest Room Attendants to collect and deliver guest laundry; deliver newspapers and magazines; deliver amenities (rollaway beds, baby cribs, etc.); remove food trays and trolleys from guestrooms and hallways; and relocate and rearrange guestroom furniture
• Replenish mini-bar supplies in the guest floor service pantry
• Restock the pantry with clean linen
• Order and refill the pantry weekly with guestroom supplies (toiletries, slippers, etc.)
• Clean the guest floor public areas daily
• Clean the back-of-house areas daily (service pantry floors, back staircases, service lift floors, staff toilets, linen closets, exit doors, etc.)
• Perform weekly and monthly deep-cleaning tasks (air-con grills, carpet edges, wooden skirting boards, etc.)
• Carpet shampoo guest floor corridors regularly
• Wax and polish hard floors by hand and machine, sweep and wash stairs and landings, and polish metal work
• Spot clean rugs, carpets and upholstered furniture with vacuum cleaner, broom and shampoo machine
• Clean interior guestroom windows and high areas
• Maintain and clean all equipment used and return in good condition at the end of the shift
• Report room status discrepancies to Housekeeping Floor Supervisor immediately
• Complete daily assignments and report progress to Housekeeping Floor Supervisor(s)
• Keep master keys for allocated floors safe at all times and return them at the end of the shift
• Stand by in case of emergency
• Report suspicious activities on guest floors
• Know and understand all Wynn Palace’s facilities and services
• Assist and perform duties assigned by the Housekeeping Floor Supervisor

Competencies and Requirements
Experience: Customer service experience an advantage; cleaning machine operating experience preferred
Education: Primary school or above
Language Abilities: Fair Cantonese, Mandarin and English
