Assistant Executive Housekeeper

Responsibilities:

Assist the Director of Housekeeping in overseeing the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to cleanliness and maintenance standards in accordance with the hotel's policies and procedures.
Manage operating expenses in a cost-effective manner; work with the Director of Housekeeping on Budget, planning and implementation.
Train, coach and motivate Housekeeping associates and to ensure that their performance are up to standard.

Requirements:

Preferably Diploma/Bachelor in Hospitality/Tourism Management or related discipline.
At least 10 years housekeeping experience and 5 years in managerial level in sizable 4 or 5-star hotel.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong interpersonal and communications, leadership, planning and implementation skills.
Able to perform administrative tasks and knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), especially for budgeting & outlook.
Fluent in both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
