Operations Officer, Macau

Job Responsibilities

Work closely with laboratory, CS and sales departments
Assist in preparation and compilation of analysis reports
To maintain the filing system in a tidy manner
To handle administrative duties including but not limited to data entry, filing, etc.
Maintain stock level of contracts, documents, kits, marketing materials in office and remote areas
Support operation on client delivery (e.g. administrative work, office supplies/kit replenishment, EM kit delivery, sample collection)
Support Sales team on taking up speaker role at health talks and making cold calls
Any other duties that may be assigned by direct supervisor or manager

Job Requirements

Diploma/Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management
Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin
A team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detailed-minded, well-organized, multi-tasking with a strong sense of responsibility
Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word-processing
