Contact Centre Assistant

In this role, you will:
• Identify customers’ needs;
• Perform transactions on all kinds of banking products, especially Securities;
• Perform daily voucher balancing and batching procedures;
• Promote customer relations through handling customer enquires/complaints with an aim to provide fast, convenient and efficient services to customers within the centre;
• Support Internet banking and answer customer enquiries;

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
• 1 - 3 years of experience in frontline (sales or service)
• Good knowledge of personal banking product, eg bank account, credit card, insurance, investment;
• Familiar with the stock market information;
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good spoken English and Cantonese, preferably with Mandarin.
