Major Responsibilities: • Support post-processing of loan drawdown & rollover repayment schedule. • Support counter services for physical document collection. • Manage physical document filing for safe custody. • Support insurance processing. • Conduct system UAT. Job Requirements: • University graduate in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline / relevant professional qualification. • Good understanding of credit facilities and mortgage. • Positive, self-motivated with good communication skill, experience in customer services is preferable. • Good command of in English, Chinese and Mandarin. • Good knowledge on using MS Outlook / Excel / Words.
