Customer Services Manager

In this role, you will:
• Maintain effective and efficient control in the branch by ensuring all staff adhere to operational guidelines and compliance requirements;
• Check daily batching of vouchers and forward to Finance Department;
• Check the documentations for new account opening and approve/verify the related account maintenance;
• Deliver excellent customer service by taking lead in developing/implementing service improvement plan;
• Coach and guide subordinates so that excellent service is provided to customers;
• Support counter team and cash room;
• Cross-sell bank products whenever opportunity arises;

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
• Experience in administration and branch operations;
• Possess customer-service focused mindset;
• Prior banking industry experience would be preferable;
• Good command of written and verbal English;
• Aspired to develop career in sales and servicing roles at retail branches;
