Enhanced Due Diligence Quality Assurance & Advisory Manager

In this role, you will:

• Drive and ensure quality assurance over all Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews by Customer Due Diligence (CDD) Utility Team and or Relationship Managers;
• Monitor and enhance quality of EDD activities in particular quality of Source of Wealth and Source of Fund profiling;
• Work with or hand holding staff concerned to ensure all customer reviews under CDD meet with Group standards and task deadlines;
• Provide advisory support of EDD process development and enhancement including feedback to Global Standards Project Team in a timely manner;
• Report the related activities to management and respective Financial Crime Compliance risk forums;

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
• University graduate, preferably with front line retail banking work experience;
• Good understanding on retail banking operations in particular the Know Your Customer process;
• Good interpersonal skill and able to manage details with high quality output;
• Able to work independently, coach people and drive results;
• Able to think logically with good presentation skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English;
