Marketing Communications Manager

As a Marketing Communications Manager, you will plan and develop marketing strategies to strengthen corporate brand and product image. You will lead your team to execute various marketing and communications activities, including press release, corporate events, digital marketing campaigns and market collaterals. You will also sustain good relationship with different media parties and track media exposure.

Responsibilities:

  • To formulate brand strategies including brand positioning, awareness, development and benchmarking;
  • To drive and execute marketing programmes for branding campaigns including ATL campaign, social media, e-marketing, sponsorship and events etc;
  • To drive card product strategies for a good positioning, image and awareness in the market
  • Identify customer segments and develop effective marketing initiatives for driving business growth
  • To track and monitor the performance of marketing activities
  • Manage marketing budget to make the best use of resources
  • Work independently with different sales channels when launching of marketing campaign.
  • Motivate both internal and external parties to ensure smooth execution of marketing programmes
  • Assist in ad hoc and cross border projects as requested.

Requirements:
  • University graduate major in Marketing, Communications, public relations or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing or banking industry, exposure in marketing credit card business preferred
  • Proactive, strategic-minded, creative, strong time management and project management skills;
  • Good command of English and Chinese in written and verbal manner
  • Self-driven, mature and business-minded
