In this role, you will: Business Contribution - • outreach and acquire mortgage sales from property developers, real estate agencies. • handle mortgage referrals and facilitate in follow-up processes • closing a deal and follow up drawdown directly • building up and maintain good relationship with business partners Customer/Stakeholders Engagement - • meet internal / external customer requirements and services standard • consistently deliver the required service standards and proposition • cultivate and maintain good business relationship with agency • leverage and co-operate with internal colleague in handling mortgage business Competency & Teamwork - • arrange alignment with intermediates • cases and experience sharing with colleague Operation Effectiveness & Control - • support on end-to-end sales cycle to allied business partners/mortgage customers To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: • at least 2 years retail banking experience with proven track record on sales achievement • good knowledge and experience on financial and banking field. • fluent in Cantonese and English • excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
