General scope of work: Under the direction of Senior Manager, Sales, the Assistant Manager, Service Sales Support is responsible for supporting sales team for achieving relevant service sales targets in ‘O’ & ‘T’ as set in the Company’s business plan. Drive, execute and monitor all Service Sales related activities and ensure such activities are carried out under the Company interest and requirements. Job responsibilities: 1. Drive sales team to accomplish company’s ‘O’ & ‘T’ business objectives. 2. Accountable to all Service Sales Support activities in the assigned areas to meet company financial/non-financial objectives and targets. 3. Construct Service Sales budgeting and planning in ‘O’ & ‘T’ business aspects. 4. Formulate and initiate cross-branch business campaigns for attaining business results of ‘O’ & ‘T’ sales. 5. Develop and maintain effective price system for ‘O’ & ‘T’ business. 6. Coordinate with sales team & service branches to ensure effective ‘O’ & ‘T’ pricing strategy deployment. 7. Offer necessary assistance & support to sales team for preparing major ‘O’ & ‘T’ tenders & project proposals. 8. Liaison and coordinate with sales team & service branches for company-wide ‘O’ & ‘T’ sales training issues. 9. Drive higher ‘O’ & ‘T’ sales attainment (revenue, unit growth & margin) through collaborating with service sales managers & drivers. 10. Maintain effective operation & integrity of tendering system: include proposal/tender submission, cost estimate preparation, resolve technicalities MCI collection and after bid follow up actions. 11. Improve customer satisfaction on ‘O’ & ‘T’ business. 12. Prepare sales tools & selling kits for ‘O’ & ‘T’ promotions. 13. Conduct customer survey to support business growth. 14. Assume special projects as directed by management from time to time. 15. Implement Company Environment, Health and Safety (EH&S) policy. Participate in EH&S activities directly and/or indirectly to promote safety awareness and eliminates unsafe practices and conditions. 16. Ensure full compliance of Company Code of Ethics when performing duties. Job requirements: 1. University graduate or above. 2. Experience in lift industry not less than 4 years. 3. Sound experience in sales management. 4. Solid background on lift product knowledge. 5. Strong project management & communication skills.
