主要職責:

• 管理店舖日常營運，包括貨品倉存、貨品陳列，員工編制更表等
• 帶領店鋪團隊，達至公司制定之銷售目標及有效提升店鋪顧客服務質素
• 設定及達成公司定下的團隊銷售目標
• 與客戶保持良好關係

• Motivate and monitor the team to provide excellent service to our customers
• Achieve company’s sales targets
• Maximize the sales turnover and profitability of the store
• Handle any ad hoc tasks as assigned
• Arrange staff working schedule

• 具良好溝通、領導技巧及管理技巧
• 具零售管理經驗者優先
• 具 5 年或以上店舖管理經驗

• Minimum 5 years experience of managing a store.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Up to standard management and coaching skills
