Our client is one a leading regional logistics service provider in Macau. Due to business expansion, they are now looking for a Business Development Manager to join them.
Responsibilities:
Develop new potential new opportunities and turn this into secured business.
Identify potential clients and the decision makers within the client organization.
Present new products and services and enhance existing relationship.
Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
Research and build relationships with new clients.
Set up meetings with customer decision makers.
Prepares and participates in tenders and biddings.
Understand competitor's activities, attend trade shows, conference and keeping abreast of effective market intelligence. Identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.
Provide inputs and feedbacks to enhance current products and services, in terms of variety, performance and total cost management.
Submit monthly sales target progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
Provision of appropriate market research and sales reports as requested by the superior.
Support the company's strive to maintain ISO certifications including ISO9001.
Develop and implement procedures for improving the efficiency of the company's operations.
Comply with company rules and regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications or any related field with 3-4 years' experiences in business development section.
Proven hands-on experience with Sales and Operations. With Warehousing and Logistics experience is a plus.
Successful track record in new business development and key account management.
Fluent in both written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Proficient with MS Office Tools.
Good interpersonal and presentation skill.
Positive working attitude, self-motivated, result-oriented and independent.
A good team player.
