POSITION SUMMARY: This position monitors the leisure sales team operations and general business administration. Reporting to the Sales Planning team leader, this position is required to have strong planning, time management and prioritizing skills to work on projects independently, and maximize productivity and efficiency for all stakeholders from a GEG enterprise perspective. He/she needs to have excellent understanding of the Tourism and Travel industry in Greater China, while proven experiences working for International markets is an added advantage. The key objective is to contribute to the leisure sales team success on achieving the sales targets and year goals. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Support the team leaders and department head by following the company directions and business strategies to achieve sales targets and year goals 2. Monitor leisure sales team operations and business administration to maximize productivity and efficiency for all stakeholders from a GEG enterprise perspective 3. Develop products and customize promotional offers for different sales channels to maximize room sales and revenue in target markets 4. Capable to start from planning, liaise and execute independently on sales promotions and activities 5. Confident to take lead on coordination of logistics and project implementation working with internal and external stakeholders 6. Prepare report of business and consumer trending analytics to support business decision 7. Responsible on monitoring departmental budget, financial forecast, month end P&L and cost control 8. Participate in daily briefing, weekly and monthly business review and hotel strategy meetings with management team 9. Identify opportunities to increase efficiency of sales support process and system by streamlining workflow 10. Evaluate competitors’ information and collect market intelligences REQUIREMENTS: 1. Bachelor Degree holder in business administration, hospitality, marketing field or equivalent professional is preferred 2. Minimum 4 to 5 years of relevant working experiences in Sales Planning, Hotel Sales, Revenue Management or Marketing, with 1 to 2 years of managerial experiences is preferred 3. Strong attention to details and ability to work accurately under pressure 4. Flexible in working hours and willing to invest time in building a high performance team 5. Excellent understanding of Greater China Tourism and Travel Industry, with proven experiences working for international markets would be added advantages 6. Strong planning, time management and prioritizing skills 7. Capable in decision-making to be supported by sound and well thought out proposals 8. Outstanding communication in English, Mandarin and Cantonese (verbal and written) 9. Reasonable knowledge on budgeting and forecasting process 10. Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook is fundamental. Knowledge on Sales and Revenue system such as Delphi, Opera and PowerBI would be advantages
