• Key clients sales management
• Lead and motivate a small telesales team for SME accounts to achieve sales target.
• Develop sales strategies to grow market share
• Generate new ideas on pushing product sales and work with marketing department on new product launch.
• Conduct trainings in selling skills for new and existing staff.
• Conduct performance review and involve in new staff recruitment.
• Monitor the smooth operation of telesales and maintain high level of sales and service quality.
• Assist other ad hoc projects when required.
• Proven track record in managing key clients
• Proven track record in leading a high performing telesales team
• Strong business acumen and a problem solver
• Sales driven person and willing to accept new challenge.
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Advertising media sales experience a plus
• Degree holder with at least 3 years' of experience in supervising telesales team
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
