• 月薪+ 佣金可達45,000至50,000
• 每月例假8天


Responsibilities:
• Set goal for all Sales Associate and motivates team on a daily basis.
• Reliable with strong sense of responsibility plus problem solving ability.
• Analyze daily sales figures, monitor the achievement of the targets and implement any necessary corrective measures.
• Provide training and coaching to sales team to drive excellent shop performance.
• Administer sales record and management reports.

Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of retail sales experience in which at least 3 years at management level.
• Strong in store operations, sales & service, people management and training experience.
• A team player with excellent inter-personnel skills.
• Reliable with strong sense of responsibility plus problem solving ability.
• Proficient in computer literacy and fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
