Assistant Store Manager

 


Major Responsibilities:
  • To lead and motivate the team to achieve sales goal
  • To leads accurate stock management and timely update and events in line with Brand, Space, Store Presentation and Marketing principles
  • To leads and drive the team deliver a memorable shopping experience to the customer
  • To develop potential career path and drive individual performance
  • To minimize the store’s profitability losses and accurate staff cost management


Requirement:
  • Minimum 5 years related management experience in retail industry
  • Strong management skills with good commercial and numerical sense
  • Good interpersonal management skills and good influencing role model
  • Positive, passionate in retail and enjoy deliver customer service in high standard
  • DSE or F.5 qualification with solid retail operations management experience in retail or relevant industry will also be considered
  • Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
