Client Development Manager


Ensure management of VIP clients of The Company, maximizing the potential of all clients within Macau

Create and monitor STORE campaign in accordance with country priorities, Regional guidelines and seasonality of the business

Increase client loyalty, including local clientele, in all s in conjunction with s Managers and In charge, STORE Ambassadors and HK and Macau STORE team

Ensure training of the team in terms of use of the STORE tools available. Propose suggest new tools of STORE Management

Develop a clientele profile within the VVIC & Elite. To propose, validate and organize local events with ROI to increase customer loyalty

Oversee and increase the cross selling between different universes and s of Macau but as well cross clientelling

Develop and support the sales team in order to develop an Elite Sales Team

Optimize relationship with each Business Partners and Personal Shopper to increase the share of sales. Exploring opportunity with them

Demonstrate excellent product and range knowledge. Provide and share expertise on products and sales training to the Macau Team

Meet the individual sales targets and distribute the sales contribution between the Macau businesses as required

Comply with the Company values and be a role model for new starters and the sales consultants

Work on getting external clients by meeting business partners (travel, tourism, Bank …) or HNWI
