Job Description: • Answer the phone politely using a friendly tone and being informative • All reservations are to be printed directly into the reservation book, obtained related information such as date and time, no. of guest etc. • Must have complete knowledge of all food and beverage menus, such as prices, the ingredients; specials menu etc. • Escort guest to the table and present menu • Develop rapport & interact with all guests, associates & local community • Handover the Restaurant Survey tracking forms and get feedback from the guest • Distribute reservations among all servers equally, informing them of all information necessary, such as Birthdays, anniversaries etc. • Not permitted to give out any personal information over the telephone, such as phone numbers, schedules to anyone except staff members Job Requirement: • High school graduated or certification in hospitality or related disciplines • Experience on F&B operation is an advantage • Proficient in spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Able to multi - task and work in a fast - paced environment • Diligent attention to detail and safety Interested Parties, please apply via: • Email the detailed resume to careers@macausjm.com • Hotline 89820288 / 68827115
