Job Description: • Setup, preparation and execution of well-balanced and appealing meals in accordance with the pre - determined menus and recipes as well as the quality and standards • Assist clients in program planning and menu selection with the executive chef for all Cakes & Display Sculptures • Participate and input towards F&B Marketing activities • Prepare of Sales Promotions & Mailings • Create and propose innovative Cakes & Display Sculptures • Handle food inquiries and ensure timely follow up on the same business day • To co-ordinate with all outlets; this includes produce the agreed requirements to the various outlets, setting up buffets, oversee the pastry activities throughout the property • Consistent and daily checks of all areas where pastry and bakery delivers product weather it is for retail, on buffets or preparation for a la carte • Perform other job related duties as requested Job Requirement: • High school graduated or equivalent • With experience in similar job role or equivalent or minimum of 10 years experiences in pastry art with working experience in 5 - star standard hotels • Good knowledge of Pastry carving • Excellent communication in Cantonese, Mandarin and English • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Able to multi - task and work in a fast - paced environment • Diligent attention to detail and safety Interested Parties, please apply via: • Email the detailed resume to careers@macausjm.com • Hotline 89820288 / 68827115
