餐廳經理

餐廳經理主要職責是協助餐飲部總監告餐飲部副經理按照餐廳的經營理念和凱悅品牌標準,將被指派管理的餐廳成為一個成功並擁有獨立營利;同時確保所有開支都維持在預算範圍內。且滿足客人的需求及提高員工的工作效率。

工作要求

  • 餐飲、酒店管理或相關課程學士學位
  • 至少2年於酒店業或國際品牌餐廳擔任餐廳經理
  • 需具良好客戶關係、溝通及交際能力
  • 需熟練Microsoft Office
  • 需具良好英語書面和口語能力,若精通粵語或國語者優先

Outlet Manager

The Outlet Manager responsible for assisting Director of Food & Beverage and Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to manage the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit center, in line with the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt’s brand standards; also to ensure maximum Guests’ satisfaction and Associates’ productivity while operating within budget.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in food & beverage, hotel managment or related field
  • Minimun of 2 years work experience as Outlet Manager in a hotel or international branded restaurants with good standards
  • Good customer relations, communications and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office is required
  • Good command of both written and spoken Enhlish is required, along with proficiency in either Cantonese or Mandarin speaking is a prerequisite
