Duties 1. Assist the outlet manager to ensure that outlet is managed efficiently according to the established concept statement, providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times 2. To have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items in the menu and ability to recommend food and beverage combinations and up-sell alternatives 3. To handle guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, try to solve guest problems or handle complaints on spot, reporting major complaints to manager for a prompt follow up 4. Assist with the direction of subordinates to ensure productivity meets standards given in accordance with established policy & procedure 5. Provide suggestive ideas to outlet manager with the preparation of the scheduling based on the business level & labor costs are effectively controlled 6. To exercise efficient resource allocation based on the principles of a flexible employee including full time, part time and casual employees Requirements 1. Diploma in Hotel or F&B Management is preferable 2. At least 5 to 8 years in the Hotel / F&B service industries as supervisory 3. Computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel, POS & TMS) 4. Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin and good in writing 5. Capable under work pressure, positive customer service attitude, integrity and passion with job. Good management & leadership competencies
