Culinary Secretary

Job Responsibilities:
• To ensure all administration work is done on time, proper and in the most efficient way. Filing of brand standard forms, hygiene regulations, any reports which are important for reference in future. Attending meetings and document them in writing. Distribution of any relevant kitchen documents, dept. meeting minutes. Translating menus, reports, documents from English to Chinese and Chinese into English if needed.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the administration work for the kitchen department
• Handles reimbursements for the entire kitchen department as needed
• Handles proper procedures for casual associates
• Handles proper procedures for hiring new associates with the relevant documentation
• Trace purchasing order
• Issue accessory (pocket thermometer, internal thermometer etc) and make record for it.
• And any other procedures as required for other internal and external departments
• Translating of menus bilingual, documents bilingual, any memos and translation of outside documents as required, like hygiene bureau
• Filing of any important kitchen documents 
• ensures the proper filled out attendance record as required on hotels software and manual sheets reaches the required departments on time
• Ensure expatriate associate attendance record submitted on time and correct

Job Requirements:
• Performs other duties as assigned to meet business needs
• Minimum vocational school
• At least 3 years of experience in the same position of field
• Good communication skill in English, Cantonese
• Good in Computer skills, organization skills and food knowledge
