Director of Food & Beverage


  • Responsible for the efficient and effective operation of whole Food & Beverage Department
  • To ensure guest services and products are delivered according to the standard to meet and exceed guest expectations.
  • To ensure that the F&B outlets and banquets adhere to all company and hotel policies and procedures and minimum standards.
  • To fully understand the market needs and desires for each outlet and ensure that the product lines (menus) are developed by the outlet management team.
  • To ensure that the team can maximize productivity and morale and those they consistently maintain discipline following hotel guidelines and local legislation.
  • To respond to changes in the Food and Beverage Department as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.


  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Hotel F&B operations management
  • Hotel Restaurant Management graduate is preferred
  • Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
  • Excellent leader and trainer with solid motivational and teamwork skills
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills in working with external and internal partners, and guests
  • Good communication skills in both written and spoken English, Mandarin or Cantonese
