Executive Pastry Chef

 Duties
1. Ensure all production standards and hygiene standards are always top priority
2. Frequently tastes pastry products in all outlets and be demanding and critical
3. Ensure that all areas are kept clean and in proper condition to provide a safe working environment for employees and a safe guest experience
4. Train, counsel and coach assigned personnel in the performance of their duties; prepares and presents Performance Appraisal Reviews
5. To prepare and review an annual training plan based on the priorities of the pastry
6. Meet the attendance guidelines of the department and adheres to departmental and company policies

Requirements
1. 10 years of experience in a related industry with 2 years’ minimum experience in a high volume Pastry, at least 3 years of previous experience as Executive Pastry Chef
2. Technical knowledge in the latest types pastry machinery & equipment
3. Able to handle a fast-paced, busy and work under pressure, meet deadlines with particular attention to detail
