Responsibilities工作職責︰ • Manage the restaurant to meet or exceed standards in food quality, safety & cleanliness • 管理餐廳內的各項食品、安全及衛生標準 • Train and coach staff on guest services principles and practices • 培訓及指導下屬提供優質客戶服務 • Consistently monitor product and labor costs to remain within goals • 根據公司目標,控制用品和勞動力成本 • Develop and implement creative solutions to areas of improvement • 構思及執行方案以求不斷進步及創新 Requirements職位要求︰ • Relevant degree/HND in business studies, management, hospitality management or hotel and catering • 具備餐飲/款客/酒店管理/相關學位或證書文憑 • Minimum 5 years’ F&B work experience, applicant with less experience will be considered as assistant restaurant manager • 最少5年西餐或相關工作經驗,經驗較少者可考慮為助理西餐經理 • Good at teamwork, leadership & customer service skill • 具備團隊精神、領導能力及提供優質客戶服務 • Good command of English, Cantonese & Mandarin • 良好英語、廣東話及普通話語言能力 • Basic computer skills • 基本電腦軟件操作能力 Interested candidates please send your full CV to recruit@grland-mo.com 有意者請將個人簡歷發送至recruit@grland-mo.com或致電89890503何先生查詢。
