Restaurant Manager


  • Oversees the management and coordination of all day-to-day operational activities of assigned store

  • Ensure sales targets, KPIs, brand and company directions are met and followed up

  • Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees

  • Maintains store staff by orienting, and training employees

  • Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results

  • Formulate and propose to management on incentive programs for the store to motivate the steam to achieve sales targets

  • Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions instructed by the Area Manager

  • Ensure that all sales campaigns and sales activities are carried out according to brand standards

  • Monitor inventory regularly and ensure Stock On Hand is in compliance with Company's requirement

  • Receive inventory and undertake Account Receivables with the team

  • Provide feedback to the Area Manager regularly on sales, best sellers, slow moving items to adjust buys from time to time

  • Propose pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities; determining additional needed sales promotion; proposing clearance sales; studying trends

  • Markets merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans; analyzing operating and financial statements for profitability ratios

  • Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment

  • Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements

  • Reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records with the Area Manager on a regular basis to determine appropriate action

  • Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures

  • Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the management


  • At least 5 years of managerial experience managing F&B operations

  • Preferably in hospitality or F&B industry

  • Good spoken and written command of English

  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills

  • Business and sales orientated, customer service orientated

  • Self-driver, pro-active, passion in F&B

  • Able to commit retail operation hours

  • Able to commit on weekends, public holidays and overtime as and when required
