Our client is a well-established conglomerate with business scope of retail and distribution, services industries, health care, construction and engineering as well as sustainability activities. They are now looking for a General Manager for a Boutique Hotel / Serviced Apartment located in Henqin which to be opened in 2021.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall management, report to the Board.
Fully manage the hotel / resort / serviced apartment on daily operations, housekeeping, guest services, catering, banquets, marketing, and security etc.
Direct, train and mentor associates and observe performance to ensure adherence to hotel policies and established operating procedures.
Implement policies and procedures for daily operations.
Ensure that staffs deliver proper customer satisfaction.
Responsible for hotel pre-opening, budget, planning and overall activities; financial and risk management; oversee the hotel P & L and drive the hotel profit by maximizing the hotel revenue.
Provides update market information, financial and operational performance reports to the group.
Responsible for plan, organize and execute sales & marketing programs & activities to achieve set target.
Demonstrate strong organizational, management and interpersonal skills with all levels of staff.
Requirements:
Degree holder in Hotel Management or related disciplines.
At least 8 years of hotel management experience or similar position in the hospitality industry.
Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese, English & Mandarin.
Pre-Opening experiences will be a plus.
Passionate, self-motivated, highly proactive, customer-orientated, cooperative and able to work under pressure.
