Customer Services Supervisor

 Overall Job Objectives
Responsible for monitoring the gaming floor while ensuring the highest standards of efficiency, guest service and security are met in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures. They serve as the direct contact between the patrons and Management. Manage Customer Services Executive.

DUTIES
• Verify and pay out all gaming machine hand-pays and jackpots to patrons
• Possesses a thorough working knowledge of the various types of slot machines, their functions, malfunctions and payout schedules
• Be proactive in explaining how to play the various games
• Engage patrons in a positive manner to enhance their gaming experience
• Replenish ticket paper in machines
• Ensure equipment is maintained in proper working order
• Provide minor maintenance of equipment
• Maintain a clean and pleasant physical environment for patrons
• Oversees the management and duties of the Customer Services Executive
• Ensure all company policies concerning the slot operation are followed.
• Responsible for securing and balancing any inventories issued.
• Respond to the guests’ enquiries regarding the machines within the slot operation including features, terms, symbols and denominations.
• Repair and restore minor machine malfunctions including bill jams.
• Report any maintenance requirements to the Slot Technicians.
• Report any suspicious activity or security threat on the gaming floor to the Supervisors and Management.
• Resolve patron disputes
• Obtain daily report/log of events of occurrences including jackpots, fills, complaints and suggestions from the Slot Attendants for Management.
• Conduct performance appraisals for Customer Services Executive.
• Complete daily shift reports of the slot operation.
• Report any maintenance requirements to the Slot Technicians.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
• High School Degree, College Degree or equivalent in related field.
• Alternatively minimum 5 years experiences in Slot Operations in a casino environment,
• Fluent in Cantonese/Mandarin.
• Basic English speaking skills.
KEY DELIVERABLES
Successfully assists the AOM with casino activities during an assigned shift.
