Assistant Director, VIP Club Operations

Duties include but not limited to:-

  • Oversee the junket room operation, and to maintain an eagle eye view on the daily operations at all times.
  • Develop, formulate, and optimize VIP Club operational procedures to ensure service quality.
  • Identify the shortcomings of the overall operation and staff force, rectify the matter promptly.
  • Maintain close rapport with staff in the VIP Club, provide guidance, feedback and training pertaining to their job when deem necessary.
  • Work closely with all the other departments to iron out whenever problems and issues arise.
  • Maintain a strong diplomatic and friendly relationship with the casino management personnel in order to sort out matters relating to the VIP Club operations effectively.
  • Maintain close relationship with customers, shareholders and appointed agents.
  • Monitor operating budget, maintain reasonable expenses, and to ensure a stable business development.
  • Conduct immediate decisions, handle and follow-up on major issues and emergencies.

Skills Requirements and Working Experience
  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • Minimum 8 years of related management experience in Casino VIP Club management and operation.
  • Must possess a strong public relation ethnic and attitude towards customers.
  • Knowledge and experience in overseas casino operations will be an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
  • Willing to station overseas.
  • Applicants with less experience will be considered as Manager / Assistant Manager.
