Business Development Executive

Business Development Executive Responsibilities and Duties:

• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
• Selling products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
• Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks and benchmarking state-of-the-art practices.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Extensive travel as required.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma or University degree
• Minimum 2 years of experiences in business development/ Sales role
• Knowledge of Gaming/ Gaming supply industry beneficial to applicant
• Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence, Energy Level, Negotiation, Prospecting Skills, Meeting Sales Goals, Creativity, Sales Planning, Independence, Motivation for Sales.
• Must be fluent in English and Cantonese, Mandarin not essential but very beneficial.
• Willing to business travel and explore more job opportunities

要求及經驗:
• 最低文憑或大學學位
• 至少2年的業務發展/銷售角色經驗
• 了解賭博遊戲/賭博供應行業如何對申請人有利
• 卓越的演講和強調技巧,善於與客戶溝通和保持友好關係,有活力幹勁的,擁有談判和勘探技巧,具會議銷售目標,有創意及創造力,懂得部署銷售計劃,獨立和有銷售動機。
• 必須流利使用英語和廣東話,略懂普通話更佳
• 願意出差和探索更多的工作商機
