Operations Manager

Job Description:

- Project Management
  • Manage the ongoing installation & trial projects, and mitigate any risk to ensure of delivery on budget, and good quality product delivered on time.
  • Coordinate all parties/process involved in the manufacturing, acquisition and final delivery/installation/go-live of the project.
  • Participation with Sales on customer relationships, product demonstrations, issue resolution and potential sales opportunities.
  • Manage pipeline forecasts and broad-based financial picture for ongoing and perspective projects.
  • Be the liaison between customer IT department and TCS technical teams, including planning, facilitating, reporting of software installations, upgrades trials, patches, bug fixes, etc.

- IT Infrastructure Management
  • Coordinate the acquisition, installation, operations and support of the regional IT infrastructure with corporate IT, including PCs, servers, telephony equipment, software, network infrastructure.
  • Oversee the troubleshooting, systems backups, and disaster recovery and provides extra support when necessary for ongoing infrastructure support.
  • Oversees corporate IT Support practices and procedure for the Asia office.
  • Assist with building planning for IT wiring, electrical, telephony and data network infrastructure.

- Product Management
  • Oversee manufacturing of all TCS Asia products including specifications, drawings, production/build managements, QA, testing and ongoing quality enforcement.
  • Coordinate parts sourcing and be key to assist to find alternate sourcing vendors for parts and accessories including electrical, furniture, metal and acrylic products
  • Assist in the Macau and China Warehouses and ensure inventory, costing, build sheets, testing checklists, packaging and shipping are being handled optimally.
  • Assist with current and prospective core customer requirements and functionality are communicated and incorporated into existing, new and future product releases (focus on Asia customers).
  • Be able to understand, demonstrate, train product key features and benefits to staff, customers and potential customers, especially from the technical side (system requirements, technical specifications, software requirements, etc.).
  • Compare products in use with current customer users and identify suitability gaps with casino operations and management along with plans to bridge the gaps.
  • Assist to review marketing & sales materials and ensure suitability in the Asia market.


• Education level: Post-Secondary diploma or degree desired.
• Experience: 3 years of operations/manufacturing/procurement experience, preferable in a supervisory role or related experience. Casino system/product experience is desired.

• Experience in manufacturing, preferably in China
• Spoken and Written Languages:
• English – required
• Cantonese/Mandarin - optional
