Project Coordinator - Operations and Products

Job Overview:
Project Coordinator is responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, executive, control and completion of project, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization. Developing and managing technology projects and their cost, time and scope. Responsibilities include: project plan, communication plan, allocating tasks and setting milestones.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Gathering and documenting detailed user requirements for hardware and software systems prior to facilitate statement of work documentations, scope of work, business requirement document, customer quotations, all product queries, demonstrations, and Q&A sessions.
• Plan and implement projects successfully, on budget, on time and with a high level of customer satisfaction
• Reporting & Documentation with all stakeholders for all stages in the project including project deliverables, milestone documents, progress reports, signoff documents, budgets, costing, resource expenses, project expenses, etc.
• Detailing project, resource, testing and implementation plans for projects, including coordinating and leading all documentation review during project meetings
• Planning project resources for product installation, testing, go-lives, upgrades, etc.
• Being the lead contact between development and the end user for all communication, requirements, requests, questions, meetings, project teams
• Manage all project timelines, budgets, reporting, status updates, change requests, user & training documentation, issue reports, etc.
• Quality control for all product hardware & software including testing, QA visits, final inspections, technical specifications, builds, software release versions, etc.
• Risk management with all project stakeholders including risk identification/management/reporting, mitigations, communication plans, etc.

• Education level: Diploma/ University level or certificate desired.
• Experience: 2 years of project management or related experience. Casino system/product experience is desired, but not mandatory.
• Project Management qualification (PMP) would be an asset, but is not required
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Proficient using MS Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Critical thinking, attention to details and problem solving
• Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities
• Customer-focused mindset

Spoken and Written Languages:
• English – required
• Cantonese – optional
