活動統籌部 - 高級經理

 工作範圍:

  • 分析客人喜好、出席數據及客人意見,從而提出相對改善科案
  • 根據分析從而提出相對改善科案
  • 以簡報形式整合分析報告及改善科案
  • 監察及評估部門下屬
  • 出席合作伙伴之活動
  • 計劃、組織和執行活動及項目以達到公司所定的標準
  • 活動類型包括但不限於:原股活動、公司春茗、員工春茗、海外週年活動、冠名贊助之活動及聯營公司之活動
  • 參與前期和後期製作,與供應商洽談合同、活動設計及場地設置
  • 制定準確和合理的進度表, 包括職務、工作期限及標準
  • 監督承包商的工作和就工作上出現的變故作出匯報
  • 負責活動的前期建立場地工作,當日活動的所有操作和活動後場地的拆卸
  • 與客人互動,從而獲得客人對活動服務水平和質素的相關回饋
  • 於每次活動前後進行討論/審查會議,並複查供應商/客戶賬單和付款情況
  • 整合活動檢討報告
  • 處理各項由上司指派的任務
  • 堅持公司的標準、政策和程序

技能要求及工作經驗:
  • 最少5年以上活動策劃、管理、服務高端客戶的經驗
  • 持高度組織能力、創造力和積極性,注重細節並能在快節奏環境中同時處理多個項目
  • 持會展物流協調、與供應商合作和統籌大型活動的工作經驗
  • 能獨立工作
  • 快速適應不斷變化的狀況下按輕重緩急行事
  • 卓越的人際關係,口才和書寫溝通技巧
  • 熟悉時尚、娛樂和潮流文化
  • 能夠隨時出差國內或海外,必要時需要在晚上和週末工作

學歷要求:
  • 擁有酒店、旅遊、會展或項目活動相關文憑或學士學位




Job Responsibilities :
  • Analyze guests’ preference, attendance statistics and feedback
  • Based on the analysis and propose improvement
  • Generate analysis report and improvement plan in power point presentation
  • Monitor and evaluate subordinate team members
  • Attend events hosted by partner companies
  • Plan, organize and execute events and projects to meet standards set by the company
  • Events categories include but not limited to : Initial Shareholders Events, Annual Dinner, Staff Dinner, Overseas Anniversary, Title Sponsored Events, Partner Company Events
  • Participate in pre and post production, negotiate vendor contracts, event design and set-up
  • Develop accurate and reasonable timelines with duties, deadlines and standards
  • Oversee work by contractors and report on variations to work orders
  • Responsible in event set-ups, day-of-event operations and event tear-down
  • Makes presence and interacts with guests to obtain feedback on event quality and service levels
  • Conducts pre/post-event meetings as required and review billing and payments with vendors/clients
  • Generate post event report of all aspects of the program
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the superiors
  • Adhere to company standards, policies and procedures

Skills Requirements and Working Experience :
  • Minimum 5 years of event planning and management experience, working with high-end clients
  • Highly organized, creative and motivated, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Requires experience coordinating event logistics, working with vendors and management of large scale events program
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiar in in fashion, entertainment and culture
  • Flexible to travel regionally/nationally (regularly). Evening and weekend work is required

Education Requirements :
  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree holder in Hotel, Tourism Management, C&E, Events or related disciplines
