Responsibilities:

• Leading role in Design Coordination for Architecture and Interior Design;
• Technical Design input & leadership for construction detailing & coordination;
• Good communication with Clients, Consultants & Contractors;
• Ability to overseas & manage on-site construction progress to ensure project completion on schedule.

• University degree holder in Architecture or others related disciplines;
• Over 15 years relevant experience;
• Have good coordination and communication skills;
• Good level of spoken and written English, knowledge of Cantonese and Mandarin are an advantage.

• 熟悉建築及室內的深化設計協調；
• 協調項目的施工大樣圖，進行施工圖紙技術指導；
• 協調業主、各專業及監理間的關係及工作；
• 跟進現場施工進度，確保項目按期完成。

• 大學以上學歷，建築或相關專業；
• 具15年或以上工作經驗；
• 具備良好的協調和溝通能力；
• 良好英文書寫及溝通能力。
