設施管理經理

要求：
 
  • 大專或以上程度，主修設施管理或機電工程等相關專業；
  • 具有5年物管或以上相關工作經驗；
  • 具備有初級工程師者優先考慮；
  • 能操及書寫中英語言；
  • 具有良好溝通能力、組織及領導能力；
  • 熟悉運用辦公室軟件(即MS Office)及繪圖軟件等工程類軟件；
  • 對項目督導、設施管理及工程各專業有深入了解。

工作職責：

  • 監督員工團隊處理物業管理事務和培訓發展
  • 工程繪圖、報價流程、編寫報告文件等；
  • 處理集團門店設施保養及維修項目；
  • 門店驗收項目等跟進及處理；
  • 部門人手調配安排及集團內部的協調等工作。
