Assistant Property Manager

Bela Vista Property Services Limited is an associate company of Sniper Capital, a specialist provider in real estate services with a primary focus on Macau. It provides all-rounded property services including property & facility management, tenancy management, leasing agency, project advisory and consulting, project construction & management and project marketing.

Position: Assistant Property Manager


• Develop and implement property management strategy including policies and procedures
  Contribute to resident satisfaction and the achievement of property goals
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure apartment turnovers, moves-in, move-outs, and
  work order requests are completed to company standards
• Negotiate, monitor and review vendor contracts for outsourced services
• Assist Accounts Receivable collection efforts on a monthly basis
• Maintain records for Purchase Orders, Service Contracts
• Review invoices, vendor service, material charges and processing for payment
• Assist with general administrative tasks as assigned including filing; data entry; preparing
  spreadsheets and reports; etc.
• Other duties as assigned


• Diploma / Degree holder in related estate / property related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in property management, with at least 2 years in
  supervisory level
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Good command of spoken Cantonese, English & Mandarin
• Computer software experience to include MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, YARDI®
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication and time management skills
