壽司師傅 - 日餐

要求：

  • 對廚藝充滿熱情，對日本食材有一定的認知及了解；
  • 能獨立處理壽司日常之工作；
  • 擅長團隊合作；
  • 主動積極有創意；
  • 需有三年或以上相關壽司師傅級別的工作經驗。

工作職責描述：

  • 更新與研發日式料理菜單；
  • 掌控及維護出菜品質與順序；
  • 採購及準備日式食材；
  • 依照客人的點單，準備不同菜色所需要的食材；
  • 維持與確保冷凍庫及其工作區的衛生及清潔標準。
