Job Description & Requirement - Greet guests courteously and professionally is necessary; - To handle the check-in / check-out process, to assign rooms, to answer telephones, to respond the inquiries, and to ensure every guest’s experience is pleasant and memorable; - High school diploma or equivalent education level is required; - Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin; - Knowledge of another foreign language is in advance. 工作範疇及要求 - 需待客有禮、態度誠懇,及以專業的態度迎接賓客; - 主要負責替賓客辦理入住登記手續、分配房間、接聽電話、辦理退房手續,以及回應賓客所需,確保為每位賓客帶來愉快而難忘體驗; - 中學畢業或以上學歷; - 具良好中英文書寫能力並操流利英語、廣東話及普通話; - 具其他語言能力者優先。 *於氹仔盛世酒店上班。
