HR and Administration Officer

Sniper Capital (Macau) Limited

Position:    HR and Administration Officer
Job Type:   Five-day work week

*Applicants must hold a Macau ID Card

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist recruitment process
• Organise staff activities
• Coordinate external training for staff
• Handle training administrative works
• Record and renew work permit
• Process payroll
• Coordinate various office administrative duties
• Assist other HR & Admin works
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned


• Holder of Diploma in HRM or related disciplines
• Knowledge of Employment Ordinance & related regulations
• At least 3 years of working experience in HR & administrative field
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
• Effective organizational skills and good knowledge of PC operations
• Flexible, teamwork oriented and able to communicate with people at all levels

Work location: Macau Peninsula
