Human Resources Assistant Manager / Supervisor – Compensation and Benefit


• Coordinate with superior and the team to perform C&B functions including payroll calculation, benefits, insurances, taxation & pension administration at a timely and accurate manner;
• Assist in development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives
• Assist in reviewing HR policies & procedures to ensure the compliance which meet regulatory requirements
• Keep track on existing compensation and benefit trend and review and evaluate current compensation and benefit package at all time.
• Collect and consolidate market / internal data, conduct research and prepare management report
• Ensure current compensation and benefit package comply with local legal requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.


• At least 5 years’ HR experience with 3 years HR management and operations solid experience.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as supervisor
• Experience in resort, gaming background preferable.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command in Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Team Player, Strong communication and presentation skill.
• Handle Multi-task projects and meet tight deadline.
• Mature, well-organized, strong sense of responsibility and details-minded.
• Familiar with MS office, especially in Excel
• Macau ID Holder
