全職文員Administration Assistant

 Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for handling high volume of mail forwarding services including invoicing and courier, also including liaison with overseas parties and branched, correspondence, forwarding of invoices, receipts and filing of various returns;
• Administrative and operation review for new mail forwarding services for all jurisdictions;
• Update and maintain database in company system (for mail forwarding services related);
• Manage phone calls, email activity from clients regarding the mail forwarding;
• Handle other miscellaneous enquiries.

主要職責:
• 負責郵件轉發服務,與海外分企業聯絡,處理發票、快遞、收據和申報表
• 提供所有司法管轄區的郵件轉發服務
• 更新及處理與郵件轉發有關電腦數據
• 接聽電話,處理有關郵件轉發的客戶電郵
• 有需要時協助同事處理部門工作

Requirements:
• Degree holder with relevant experience in Business Administration
• 1-2 years and above working experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with excellent quality and accuracy
• Amenable and adaptable
• Hardworking and able to handle multi tasks
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin beneficial
• Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
