Department Manager

► Responsible for the team, set objectives and improve understanding of the business;
► Be a leader and keep the team motivated in order to achieve exceptional results;
► Manage the day to day operations of your department;
► Responsible for the quality of the team;
► Give support to recruitment team & training team;
► Develop talents by improving the skills of supervisor and sales of the team;
► Transmit product and sales training to sales staff and optimize mystery shopping results;
► Share ideas with and amongst team members
► Upkeep the products you are in charge into the store by being following visual merchandising recommendations.
