*Conduct observations to understand the business process of different departments / positions throughout the hotel/casino.
*Measure performance against established objectives and outcomes, analyze department data, identify opportunities for process improvement, develop recommendations and sustain operational best practices within various functional areas.
*Analyze department data using advanced analysis techniques.
*Assist in writing reports outlining areas for improvement and developing the tools to help achieve those results.
*At least 1 year experience in accounting, auditing, financial analysis, or operational evaluation. *Previous working experience working in hotel industry is an advantage.
*Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Hotel Management.
*Possess knowledge of SQL, ACL, Microsoft Access, Cognos and other system skills.
