Taipa Village Art Space brings visitors and art lovers on an awe-inspiring journey where they can appreciate an array of art from local and international artists. Located in a traditional shop house in the epicenter of Taipa Village, the gallery serves as a cultural pilgrimage for visitors’ seeking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and savour the historic and cultural charm of this landmark destination. Taipa Village Art Space seeks to promote the cultural and creative industries in Macau, allowing local and international artists to showcase their work under the ideal backdrop of the village’s colourful history and unique heritage, with the aim of raising their talent and exposure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily administration and operation of the art gallery in Taipa Village.

• Handle customer enquiries and generate sales transactions for the art pieces /
  merchandise.

• Work closely with Taipa Village Marketing & Events team to organize art workshops,
  exhibitions and events – from planning, coordination, artist liaison, promotion,
  production to execution.

• Support Taipa Village Marketing team to execute marketing programs and campaigns
  in terms of media placement, promotional materials development and content creation.

• Support Taipa Village Events team to execute a variety of events – from private
  corporate events, to public and community events in Taipa Village to draw traffic and
  visitations to the destination.

• Market survey and research to study customer behavior, demography and market trend.

• Administrative support for Taipa Village office.


Requirements

• Macau ID holder, undergraduate students are welcomed.

• Experience in Creative Design, Events and Marketing areas will be an advantage.

• A good team player, enthusiastic, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.

• Independent with strong customer service and communication skills.

• Proficiency with good oral and written skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
