Job Description:

• Support the Sustainability Manager in coordinating the company’s participation in sustainability-focused events, including managing logistics and on-site operations
• Assist in the planning and execution of innovative sustainability campaigns and community engagement activities tailored for the local Macau market
• Contribute to the data collection, analysis, and reporting processes for the company’s ESG report
• Help manage the assessments for sustainability rating systems, liaise with consultants, and implement recommended improvements
• Coordinate university tours and sustainability-focused forums, engaging with local stakeholders, including residents, NGOs, and government agencies
• Support the Sustainability Manager in representing the company at industry events and forums, as needed
• Manage project documentation, data collection, and reporting
• Facilitate communication between teams and departments
• Assist with training and capacity-building initiatives
• Provide administrative and research support to the department
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and site visits
• Maintain department databases and records
• Assist with research and data analysis
• Design posters and draft newsletters to communicate sustainability efforts and updates
• Create engaging visual content for sustainability campaigns and events


Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and newsletter design and distribution tools
• Experience in sustainability coordination or a related role
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
