Position Summary
Senior Executive - ENT Programming is responsible for guests' (concert/event group) hospitality arrangement and liaison based on the contracted riders - accommodation, transportation or other affiliated requirement. Also to coordinate with internal departments, include but not limited to hotels, transportation, F&B and Security, to fulfill the contract obligation and ensure service quality is up to industrial and guests' expectation.

Primary Responsibility
Key Functions

- Assist on hospitality arrangement based on contracted accommodation and artist/ promoter rider.
- Take care of guests during the entire guest cycle. Ensure remarkable stay at Galaxy Macau, include but not limited to local and international transportation, accommodation and security services.
- Collaborate with internal supporting departments (hotel, front desk, transportation, security, F&B.. Etc.) in regards to service requirement from promoter and provide alternatives to all stakeholders where necessary.
- Respond to guests' enquiries, provide accurate information or solution in a timely manner.
- Ensure service delivery corresponds with the rider's requirement.
- Maintain detailed records of usage for accommodation, transportation and respective fields.

Requirements
- 2 years+ of concrete working experience in hospitality and hotel related field.
- 1 years+ of concrete working experience in a supervisor role.
- Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) skills both in written and verbal communication.
- Good time management, attention to details and the ability to work multi-tasking in a fast paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and accountability at work.
- Flexibility to work extra hours as needed, including weekends.
